Return and Refund Policy

- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund;
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging;
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective;
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item;
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. GelatinPro and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in the United States, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
